Have had long hair and short, always used this saloon as it was convenient on the high street. Always helpful in trying a new style, just lovely people working there. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

DO NO T EVEN HESITATE IN BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH ANNABELL.E. I had a COVID TRAGEDY. I have never used a boxed dye ever before. During COVID needs must, which turned out to be a disaster. What was long brown hair turned into Cruella Devil Black hair. Then my grey roots started to show again so I put another dye box on which turned my grey roots to ginger and my already ruined hair even darker. I scheduled in appointment with Annabelle for a skin dye test with multi coloured hair including an additional colour of grey as my roots were growing back again. I was completely distraught. From our initial consultation Annabelle was truthful, honest and very professional and told me how it is. My appointment was today to transform my dull boring block multi coloured hair. Annabelle DID IT, the colour is absolutely beautiful, shiny and an all over colour which is back to before the dreaded dye boxes. I literally cannot believe the transformation. I feel like me again. It is even better than before. Thank you Annabelle so much, having just moved to the area I didn't know which salon to chose BUT I AM SO GLAD I CHOSE YOURS. You now have a life long client. Anybody who is out there and If you are thinking which salon to chose. Just schedule in an appointment with Annabelle. Please believe me you will not be disappointed. Thanks again Annabelle. Been having Annabelle do my hair for years. She always knows what I want even when I don’t no myself. My hair always looks amazing and my colour is brilliant. Would definitely recommend her to anyone

i would give zero stars if i could , my daughter went in for a cut a colour last week with henry and a few days before her appointment she had picked out the colours that she wanted and it was all sorted out , but when thursday got here and she went in ,henry said that the one colour would be good to have all over , so she thought it would be ok as he was the hairdresser and knew what he was doing but it was not what she had picked out a few days before hand , henry was more interested in his night out ,rather then doing my daughters hair , and when it came to the hair cut it was awful after the next day , she had to go elsewhere to get it sorted on her lunchbreak , we do not live in fakenham so could not just go back .i called the salon the next day and explained this but there were not helpful and said we should of gone back but the fact is she could not go back straight away as she did not have anymore more time off from work , she had paid alot of money for this and its not even the colour she had picked out , i do not recommend this salon as you do not get what you ask for . Think twice before booking an appointment here
