My husband visited Kaylee & Mass at Scalp Shadow Wales for a consultation regarding thinning hair around the crown of his head. After a very formative and relaxed consultation, the density cover treatment was completed over 3 sittings. Literally pain free treatment with the most effective results, left my husband feeling confident again. Both Kaylee & Massimo were very welcoming, professional and comforting during the procedure. I had SMP with shadow scalp wales I've suffered with a receading hairline since a young age , i lost confidence within myself . After having treatment with shadow scalp wales ,I have refound my confidence. The service is second to none. Both kaylee and massimo were so professional from start to finish The treatment is painless , not what I excepted , redness after each visit was gone within hours. I’ve been losing my hair for a few years now, and the thought of going bald was stressing me out to the max. I clung on to what I had left of my hair for longer than I should have. I got to the point where I was so unhappy as I could do nothing to style my hair as it just looked awful. I found myself ALWAYS wearing hats, and it really got me down . I ended up braving the shave. Because I grew my hair quite long, it used to cover up the bald parts of my head , but as there were no parts to cover up once I had shaved it, it was clear to see…… A friend put me in touch with a new business that had just started up called Shadow Scalp Wales. Initially, I had a free consultation… I Instantly took a liking to them both. They explained everything from start to finish and everything it entailed. They were very friendly and professional and the place immaculate. After the consultation, I was completely reassured with the process and committed to booking. Massimo and Kayleigh were absolutely amazing and came to the rescue 🙌🏻🙌🏻 I am literally over the moon with the final results I’ve now finished my full 3 sittings. The first 2 sessions took around 3 hours and the last session took about an hour. The sittings are spaced over around an 8 week period. What an incredibly friendly and professional service.
