Had my first haircut with Becky here - going from mid length hair to something short. It was a great experience - she listened, and kept the technical jargon to a minimum. I’m thrilled with my new haircut. The coffee was good and the conversation even better. The environment of the place is the real stand out - it’s warm, interesting, a bit kitsch but not over the top, but most importantly it’s welcoming - the staff look genuinely happy to be there and the overall vibe was great Would highly recommend to anyone. I don’t usually rave about companies, unfortunately I’m usually on Google ratings when I’ve been let down, but this was an easy 5-stars all round And you can buy a cocktail if you wanted to! I visited at 10am so a bit early but I thought that was a great uplift and something I’ve not seen before - but why not have an old fashioned if you’re getting an after work cut

Always have a great experience at Luxfords! They were extra accommodating this time by changing my appointment so that I could have more of a colour treatment than I originally booked! All the girls are so friendly and helpful - I love going there, it’s a real treat

Lauren was amazing haven't had my hair done by a hairdresser in 10 years, you can imagine the mess it was in from box dye she was a miracle worker, I felt so rejuvenated and happy. She was very professional and explained everything well , thank you so much. The atmosphere was lovely and relaxing for both me and my daughter, massage chair was fab , Highly recommend Luxfords hair
