Don’t not use jade for any laser treatments. I now have a laser burn scar on my nose because of her lack of knowledge and over usage of it! Firstly no medical forms were filled out prior to the treatment! Yes! I know! Alarm bells should have rung then but I trusted the fact she was a professional and would adhere to policies and procedures! Obviously not. Jade said I would feel the laser but it’s painless. The first couple were until she carried on blasting the same tiny spot eight times I could smell my flesh burning and she seemed happy that the treatment had worked, brilliant ( in her words), I’ve never had laser before so didn’t know if the burning and pain I felt was normal. I asked Jade if that was normal and she reassured me it’s always happens and the burning flesh smell is totally normal, I had a white burn mark when leaving the shop and the pain was pretty bad. Not once did she say I had a burn and how to treat it. She then took me back upstairs and realised I hadn’t filled out any forms, so she filled them out for me, and yes she ticked all my medical history without asking me any thing at all. By this point the dread in my stomach I knew I had made a mistake. I googled it when I got home and guess what, that should never happen. Went to the hospital to have it treated, the nurse sent pics to east Grinstead burns unit to have them check it and they were shocked at the damage she had caused for a patch test with a laser machine. I contacted the shop and went to show jade what had happened, she was still happy and didn’t have any concerns of the burn she had caused on my face. jade then proceeds to tell me she burns people everyday, I had to get Google up on my phone to show her that is not what should happen what so ever and what she should have done when causing a burn and at least acknowledge the damage she has done, she just didn’t seem to get it is all I can say! She even said the burns unit aren’t skin specialists and don’t this stuff! I was shocked and bewildered by this point! No refund offered, no apology,no follow up from Jade or the owner. This happened early November, I did wait to see if it would heal but unfortunately I’m left with a scar instead. Lesson learned! Please don’t make the same mistake

I’ve recently started getting my eyebrows done at Radiance, and I’m so glad I gave it a try. I’m usually quite cautious about who I trust with my brows, but Hatti completely put me at ease. She’s not only incredibly skilled but also really thoughtful and attentive. it’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. Highly recommend
