Be Beautiful Hair & Beauty Salon Preston

This was a pre booked appointment and the nail artist kept complaining/ swearing that she was in untill 8 made me feel very uncomfortable. Was not prepared having to get up and retrieve items. I had to remind her to make sure the nails were all same length. The nails are bumpy, with far too much product on them and are not the same shape. I had to ask for them to be rectified and the colours began to go into another. For over £40 they should be great but sadly look like a trainee has done them. Felt uncomfortable complaining as the atmosphere didn’t feel like I could.

This is awful! I had my hair extensions done. Without knowing, myself and friend was give the lowest quality hair with no warning. The extensions are dry and made my natural hair matt. Do not go! Do not book extensions. I went to feel more confident with my hair and the complete opposite has happened. Credit to Jo for amazing customer service however i do NOT recommend be beautiful. What a stylist Joe is! Totally listened to my mum and I during our consultations, asked questions about how we want it, made suggestions then cut and blow dried our hair beautifully. He went back over the cuts to make small adjustments and made sure we left the salon 100% happy, 10 out of 10!

I visited the salon on spec whilst on holiday when I had a sudden urge to cut all my hair off. I booked in with Sam and am so glad I did! I knew it was a sign when it was a Neal & Wolf salon as they are my favourite products. I went on to have the best haircuts I’ve ever had. Sam gave me loads of advice how my hair should be and how to use the products I already have. Then he just went right in and gave me the most amazing cut. The true test was whether it could recreate it at home, after washing, and it’s still perfect every time. I’m gutted I live 300 miles away as I only want this man to cut my hair for the rest of my life. Book in, you will not be disappointed!!

Eloise makes the whole lash extension appointment so relaxing. My hybrid lashes look perfect and they last well. Upkeep has been easy and infills every 2-3 weeks have keep them looking really good!
