If you love yourself and not want to ruin your skin or hair, BOYCOTT THIS SALON the service is ABSOLUTE ZERO. Pathetic place pathetic staff pathetic service I had brow lamination appointment here yesterday 29th March. The lady who assisted me was very unprofessional and ill-mannered woman. She burnt my skin at 4 places near my eye. I kept showing to her that she took my skin off. Rather than apologising or acknowledging the damage she done wrong. She kept insisting on that she has not damaged my skin and it’s my fault that I have sensitive skin. I spoke to the manager Allen he was he didn’t even apologise for it rather said it was okay to have skin damaged in the procedure. Very unprofessionally he offered me Arnica gel in a polythene bag. Like seriously. He said it should be better in 24/48 hours and it won’t scar at all with arnica gel. Well it already has scared. I paid for damaging my skin because in his eyes it was money for his time. Time to damage my eye and skin.

Had a beautiful hair cut and colour done by Keeley who was assisted by apprentice Gabby. Very professional consultation and this continued throughout the actual appointment. Thankyou both.

I had the best experience at Kara’s!! Millie did my hair and she was honestly amazing. I was feeling a bit socially awkward that day, but she made me feel so comfortable. She was genuinely interested in chatting, but also totally understood that I take a little while to open up. There was no pressure at all, just really good vibes. I barely had to wait to be seated and was offered a drink (which I said no to, but still so nice to be asked!). And when I say the hair wash was amazing… I mean AMAZING. So relaxing. She made sure she fully understood what I wanted and did exactly that. She talked me through everything she was doing, which I really appreciated, and I left so happy with my hair. I’ll 100% be going back — I think I’ve found my forever hairdresser 🫶
