The Hair Lounge

So I had been suffering with hair loss for the past few years, with recent months having more significant hair loss, to the point I had lost myself and my confidence completely. I like many others looked at the options out there and came across The Hair Lounge, saw the reviews and how everyone had praised Tara's knowledge, warm approach, experience and her professionalism. So understandably I wanted to know more. I had a phone conversation with Tara to kick things off, discussing my concerns, my hair loss and what ideally I was looking for. This was the first opportunity I had to clearly see what everyone was reviewing about. Tara was so down to earth, so understanding and listened to my concerns, she also put me at complete ease and was straight to the point in terms of what could be offered. I decided to attend a consultation at The Hair Lounge and met with Tara, again she put me at ease, we discussed options and I got to see someone having a system replaced/fitted. Honestly it was absolutely amazing how that person looked with the system, you could not tell they had one and the confidence they had was amazing! Decided to go ahead with a system and take that all important decision to get my life back - Tara made me feel so comfortable, she is full of so much knowledge and literally cares so much about each of her clients, it is a personal journey for both parties so it is amazing to be able to be open and discuss everything. I can honestly say that Tara is such a wonderful person, cares truly about what she is doing and sees the whole process as giving the client their confidence back, whilst ensuring you come away with all the information you need. From my heart Tara I thank you for giving me back my confidence, for making me feel like me again and for providing me with an amazing system and a wonderful experience, you are amazing!

I have recently had my first hair system, something I had considered for a while. Honestly the experience from start to finish was just amazing, so impressed with Tara and her expertise. Couldn’t sing enough praises for Tara. I have been visiting the Hair Lounge for over 4 years now and Tara’s skill and expertise is unmatched! Not only does she know how to make you feel comfortable despite how anxious you’re feeling, she is equipped with incredible knowledge and passion to make sure you hair transformation will leave you speechless. Tara offers incredible aftercare and advice and will make sure you will know how to look after your hair system. The salon is clean, hygienic and is a bit of a escape from reality! I am forever grateful for how much Tara has changed my life and made me confident and I will continue to visit for many more years to come! :)

I used to be very self conscious about my hair loss, my hair was receding when I was in my early twenties. I still remember my consultation with Tara I was so nervous but Tara was so professional, passionate and knowledgeable on what she does she soon had me feeling at ease. Many years later I’m still a loyal customer i wouldn’t even contemplate going anywhere else! After every appointment I walk out with perfect hair and feeling great - I now can’t even remember how self conscious and low used to feel. I now see Kaz for my appointments and she’s amazing at what she does, she was trained by the best so what do you expect! Thank you both so much for what you do! I have known the owner (Tara) of ‘The Hair Lounge’ for 4 years now. Her attitude towards her customers is fantastic. She is extremely professional yet friendly with years of experience to support her expertise. The saloon is a therapeutic place. I would highly recommend “The Hair Lounge” to everyone for system fitting as well as for regular hair services. Tara keep up the good work. You have set high standards, which are difficult to match.
