Jo is such an amazing person! Really great service, I couldn’t recommend highly enough

I am in the process of having rosacea treatment on my face + a couple of tattoos are being removed including my brow tattoo. I have been to Jo 3 times so far + have rebooked again. Jo is extremely passionate about her career, spending all morning & even some evenings to suit others treating her clients back to back with minimal breaks. She is very easy to talk to and I feel comfortable enough talking to her about personal things in my life, so it’s not only a place to come for treatments but like a mini therapy session too 😂. I get terrible anxiety when it comes to pain, I am petrified of tattoo laser and always say I don’t know If I can do it. I work myself up into a panic, then 30 seconds later it’s done and I brave it every time. It helps Jo gives me more confidence that I can do it + re assures me it will be over and done with quickly and a lot of the pain is psychological and never as bad as I believe it’s going to be. The red light and laser for my face is so relaxing and doesn’t cause me any pain (rosacea treatment), I can fall asleep having it done and when I look into the mirror, it looks a lot better and feels better too straight after treatment. I cannot comment on the tattoo removal yet, as I have only been 3 times altogether and it doesn’t fade straight away it is a gradual process. I have noticed one of them has faded, it was very dark ink and I can see its lightening and broken up more. Once gone, I will re write another review + post a before and after image. The prices are very good/reasonable also, some clinics charge £40 for a small tattoo. Jo charges a lot less than that + it makes it affordable for me to keep re booking. X
