Emily was fantastic! She made me feel very comfortable, knowing she also suffers from hair loss. She took lots of time trying on the different wigs, going back and forth between them until I was confident in what I wanted. She made sure that I got the perfect fit for me. I left with a ponytail wig and picked out a beautiful Lux lace 18” with custome colouring, which I can't wait to see when it is done😊

This is was my first time investing in a higher end unit. Saw the reviews and also the fact that it was a Canadian company and decided to reach out to customer service to make sure. I spoke to Emily and right away I was like I'm going to purchase. I had many negatives experiences with different sites and vendors so was still a bit worried. I received the unit and I was shocked. The quality was great I was so happy. Wore the unit for 6 months (everyday basis) just to make sure and the unit still looks great. So decided I would purchase again. The unit I wanted was no longer in stock. Emily went back and forth with me to help me find a custom unit that would suit my needs and price range. And, I just got my new unit today. And, let me say the first one was something but this unit is BEAUTIFUL! So to conclude, Emily goes above and beyond with her amazing customer service and the hair quality is amazing. I need to start putting money aside to be able to buy another unit in the future. Can't shop elsewhere after having two great experiences.

Spent an hour with Emily getting my topper thinned out and learning how to style it. Emily is patient, very knowledgeable about her products and makes you feel completely at ease through the learning curve. If you’re thinking about trying a topper l highly recommend Emily. You won’t regret it.
