February 10th 2025 I visited Jackie at Luxury Hair for a wig fitting. My Feb. 10th appt. was 10/10. Jackie was warm compassionate and very knowledgeable. As w tried three different wigs and Jackie took photos for me I knew this woman would help me over my chemo hair loss hurdle. I left with a beautiful wig that friends and relatives compliment each time I wear it. Even my oncologist was struck by the wig’s style and authentic look. Thank you Jackie so much. What an amazing appointment we, Jackie took her time showing us different style wigs. She was very professional and never rushed us to choose anything. We left the appointment with a wig that was so close my sisters hair style before she had cancer. She looked amazing. Thank you for making this experience so special.

I've been looking for a natural looking hair topper for white/silver hair for years. I've tried online shopping and had to return because of colour mismatch, and I've tried other shops in Halifax with no success. Within a few minutes of talking to Jackie at Luxury Hair, she pulled out the perfect hair topper that is a great match for my hair colour. She's very knowledgeable and helpful and taught me how to put the hair topper on and make it stay in place, as well as tips to help it blend in with my real hair and look natural. She's no nonsense, and gave me her honest opinions about everything, and all the information I needed. I never felt pressure to buy anything. The same day I bought and started wearing my new hair topper, I got 3 compliments from total strangers. Love the hair topper (very comfortable - I don't even notice it), and cannot recommend Jackie highly enough. I'm so confident now, it's changed my life :)
