A lovely welcome from Jessica when I first arrived. Jessica is very knowledgeable and was really helpful and supportive when answering my many questions both on the day and later by text. The different treatment options were made very clear, as were the respective prices and I was given time without any pressure to decide how to move forward. Communication has been excellent. The environment is spotless and very relaxing and it is great to be welcomed with a smile and a coffee! I look forward to my ongoing treatment.

Visited Renova in Garforth recently due to experiencing hair loss & thinning, I have had a number of medical issues over the years & unfortunately through medication my hair has suffered. I have tried many wigs, Nano & Tape extensions, I now have a weave fitted but unfortunately my hair is so thin & weak I can’t have it at the front or sides, this is where my biggest concern is. Having spent some time chatting at Renova I am pleased & excited they can offer an alternative to the above. They explained they could attach extensions & a topper covering the most embarrassing part of my problem. They were so kind, friendly, informative & knowledgeable about all my problems concerning my hair loss. I have booked an appointment for fitting in the coming weeks & can’t wait to feel more like myself again. I would definitely recommend Renova for anyone experiencing similar issues.
