Fab experience here today! Lisa did an absolutely wonderful job as always, all the team are friendly, helpful and welcoming and I always leave feeling fabulous! Customer service was great, but unfortunately, my haircut didn’t turn out well. I asked for a skin fade and a trim on top, but the blending between the fade and the top of my head was really uneven. In some areas, the fade went too high, creating a mismatched shape. Now I’m having to rely on a lot of styling products—wax, hairspray, and brushing—to try and make the cut work and hide the mistakes. It's frustrating when you're left having to fix a haircut that should have been done right from the start.

I booked a week before to change hair color before a big event but on the day of my appointment I was disappointed I was not able to receive what I wanted, hairdresser said she has no time for that particular hair color I wanted. She was nice thought but I was so frustrated.
