Colin and regroom rooms is excellent. After using a number of other companies they don’t come close to Colin and the service he provides. Great value for money with exceptionally Pride in his work, I highly recommend Colin if you want a private service and quality products.

Severe lack of hygiene & professionalism Only come here if you are desperate. This is not a salon but rather a squalid, decaying room on the side of a council house. There’s no windows, fresh air, nor natural sunlight. The sink taps and wash chair are rusty and corroding along with mess, clutter, and hair everywhere. The floors are sticky, mirror has never been cleaned and the one single barbers gown is filth and never gets replaced or washed. This is not a welcoming salon environment. It’s a tiny decrepit room that is very poorly maintained. I welcome the owner to upload some pictures to refute the above. But there’s a reason you’ll find none of this place online and that’s because it doesn’t represent the service well. No stylist who works among these conditions can have any respect for themselves, let alone their customers. Don’t expect to be offered a drink either. In addition to this salon being filthy, you’ll often find yourself waiting anywhere from fifteen minutes and an hour meanwhile Colin is always running late. Sometimes you will get told on the day he has to cancel even after you’ve left to make your journey. Little more than an apology is ever offered and never any discount on the service. Card payment machine conveniently has never worked. Cash only, even for large amounts. No receipts given either. Do not ever expect an answer nor a callback if you phone. The only time you will be offered the courtesy of a phone call is if you are a brand new customer. Otherwise you will only get a text reply, regardless of urgency. This is hardly a business that screams professionalism. Save yourself the stress and disappointment and go somewhere where you’re treated with some respect and dignity. And where you don’t have to wipe your feet on your way out…

Can’t recommend highly enough. Extremely experienced and reasonably priced. Very understanding and always helpful. So glad i found Colin after years and years of lesser experienced providers. Thank you.
