I arrived for my consultation and was extremely nervous, although was met with a lovely warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere, which put me immediately at ease. Having spent over 25 years travelling to various salons far from home, which was a huge financial commitment, it is so nice to know that there is a salon so much closer that offers the same, if not better, quality of services. Matthew is extremely knowledgeable, professional and answered all of my concerns. Everything was clear and transparent, including the different types of hair available & which would be best for me, the services available & the overall costs. You can see he genuinely cares about the work that he does. Thank you so much for my new nano hair extensions. They feel great, look so natural and are so easy to look after. After many years, I can finally wear my hair down.
