I had a an excellent experience with Tina. She is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly very skilled at what she does. From the moment I arrived, she was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely took the time to understand what I wanted. Tina listened carefully, offered professional advice, and explained what would work best for my hair. Her expertise really shows in the final result. She was also very patient and understanding, making the whole appointment feel relaxed and comfortable. I’m so happy with my hair and would highly recommend Tina to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and talented hairdresser.

I came from another company that unfortunately left me feeling quite upset and lacking confidence. Absolutely love Hair Growth Studio Manchester — I honestly can’t recommend them enough. From the moment you walk in, you’re made to feel completely at ease. The studio itself is beautiful, calming, and spotless, but what really sets this place apart is the knowledge, care, and genuine passion behind everything they do, it all feels personal, thoughtful, and truly tailored to you (it’s all private cubicles also) The consultations by Lisa are incredibly thorough. She take the time to understand your hair history, concerns, lifestyle, and goal with no hard sell, and everything is explained clearly and honestly. I never felt judged or dismissed — just supported and reassured. You can tell she really cares about results, not just appointments.The treatments themselves are professional, relaxing, and backed by real expertise. Hair loss and thinning can be such a sensitive subject, and they handle it with compassion, discretion, and absolute professionalism. If you’re struggling with hair growth, thinning, or just want expert-led care that actually works, this is the place. Worth every penny and then some.

I just wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you to you and your amazing team at The Hair Growth Studio. Today I came in for another regular appointment and, as always, the studio was extremely busy. Unfortunately, Debbie — my regular (and amazing!) hairdresser — was unwell and unable to be there. At that point, it would have been completely understandable to cancel and reschedule my appointment. Instead, what I experienced was outstanding teamwork and professionalism. James was absolutely brilliant. He organised the team so that everyone spent time with me in between their own appointments, ensuring I still received the same high level of care and professionalism as always. I had the pleasure of meeting everyone properly today. Michelle is such a lovely person — I was genuinely impressed that she remembered me from my previous visit over a month ago. She’s so bubbly, friendly, and instantly makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. I also saw Caris who was also very friendly and professional, and gave me loads of helpful advice and tips on how to look after my hair and keep it healthy. James came back in to touch up the glue and scalp protection, and I was then lucky enough to meet Lauren for the first time. She checked my scalp to make sure everything was okay, before Michelle fitted my hair, James trimmed and blended it, and Lauren finished by drying and styling it. What really impressed me was that when I arrived, I fully expected that without Debbie I’d be delayed or be in the studio far longer than planned. Instead, I met the whole team, felt incredibly well looked after, and was out within the hour! James was so organised and professional, and the entire team were fantastic. You should be extremely proud of them — though I know you always are. I just wanted to show my gratitude and recognise great teamwork when I see it. I've been a client at HGS for 6 months now and the whole experience has been first rate. From the initial consultation to the first fitting to the monthly maintenance appointments, you are quickly put at ease by the super friendly and professional staff. Owner Lisa was wonderful during the consultation, explaining the full process clearly and in a friendly manner... I couldn't wait to get the ball rolling after! Massive thanks to Caris, who's my stylist for my monthly visits... always does an excellent job, very talented at what she does. I've had zero issues with my hair system, such is the quality of the piece, and if I ever did then I know Lisa and her staff will go above and beyond to rectify it ASAP. What's also great is the privacy offered at their facility... they have private cubicles, so it's just you and the stylist at all times. If you are considering getting a hair system, then I strongly implore to go with HGS. Their vast experience in the field (decades) ensures that you are in very capable hands and you will come out of it with amazing, natural-looking hair time and time again. Just wish I found them sooner!
