I’ve never been so pissed off over hair! doesn’t matter if you pick what professional you want they pick for you I’m starting my loc journey and at this point I want to shave off my head ruined my experience ever wanting long hair. I show a picture of what I want I never get it not even close I understand my hairs not long long but it’s definitely capable of doing what I requested I’ll never go back there again ever I’ve wasted money and time I’m never gonna get back. My fault anyways I’m too lazy to drive to London now I rather spend that petrol.I’ve seen them do great work before just not on me. Sonica herself I love her energy good peoples.

Although they are very good with braiding hair, i would most definitely not recommend this place if youre looking to start your dreadlocks. My starter locs here did come out nice but after my first retwist it went all down hill. My partings are all messed up compared to how they were in my coils. I have massive partings and small partings. I never noticed this at first due to the style they were in after the retwist but now i have to comb my coils out and start all over again, not mentioning the amount of money ive spent getting it done. Not happy at all. Wasted my time and money for nothing.

Can’t rate this place highly enough. The lady (I think the owner) who made my booking was charming and kind. On the day of my appointment I was straight in, no waiting. The young lady that bone my braids was a sweetheart, she took one look at the picture I had on my phone and got straight to work. The pictures speak for themselves, incredibly skilled and professional. As I was going to be there for awhile, I brought my earbuds to play some music. I didn’t need them, it was so relaxing to listen To the Gospel music they were playing, occasionally hearing a sweetest voice in the background singing along. Everyone comments on my hair and say how skilfully it has been done. I love this place and will never go anywhere else now.
