From start to finish K Couture has been nothing but amazing. It is my first topper and after my Whatapp video call with Kerry, who is so lovely explaining everything. I was looking forward to receiving my topper even though I was nervous of what it would be like. When it arrived I couldn’t believe how good the colour match was and the cut matched my hair perfect. Ive wore it with family members and they were amazed I was wearing a topper. Kerry WhatsApp video called me again so she could go through a few questions I had. Nothing was any trouble with asking for help through Charlie who replied really quickly. I would highly recommend k Couture as the service and after care is amazing. Thanks K Couture!

They have been incredibly patient and understanding while helping me with choosing and recolouring my topper, taking the time to make sure the shade was just right for me. I’ve been guided properly on washing, maintenance and general upkeep, which has made such a difference to how confident I feel wearing it. Having spent a long time researching the best option for my fine hair I found Kerry at K Couture. I ordered the sample colour ring and booked a video consultation. The price for the ring is either refunded if I decided not to go ahead or would come off the final invoice so it was a no brainer. The ring arrived and Kerry and I had a great video call via Teams. Kerry was amazing! She put me at ease instantly and was so knowledgeable. She knew the codes for the perfect colours by heart and was happy to talk me through all the options and demonstrated how her own topper was fitted. I went for the Baby Topper which we decided would be perfect to cover my thinning crown and parting and my ‘Monkeys Bum’ which I lovely name the thin patch that sneaks up at the back of my crown. I placed the order, chose to pay in 3 through PayPal and waited for what I thought would be up to 6 weeks. Within the next week my topper arrived. Beautifully packaged with sample products to look after it. I clipped it straight in as I couldn’t wait and was instantly blown away! It is so light and comfortable I forget I’m waring it and it looks so natural! It has completely transformed my hair and given me the confidence in the fact that my hair looks full and thick but without looking or feeling like a wig or extensions! When I wear it, I get everyone complementing on how amazing my hair looks! I don't want to sound dramatic but buying my Baby Topper has changed my life! The only person who isn’t so keen is my hairdresser as I now don’t need to get my roots redone as often! Thankyou Kerry and Charlie for your kindness, knowledge and exceptional customer service!
