Where do I start... so after losing my hair whilst on my cancer journey, due to Chemotherapy; one of my lovely friends who has alopecia recommended Simply Wigs online...what an amazing website and please check them out and follow them on the socials, so informative without being over whelming...so many beautiful choices 😀. After trialling some off the shelf wigs from Amazon I soon realised I needed a decent fitted, comfortable hair piece...made a call to these 'Angels' at Simply Wigs and was pleasantly greeted by the lovely Emma-Jay, who was so helpful and down to earth, after giving me a few bits of info and pointers in regards measurements etc to assist me making an informative selection of 4 wigs I'd maybe like to try- i went back to the website, after a good old online scroll,I then rang back and spoke with the equally lovely Amy, who then helped track down my choices and arranged my complimentary 1 hour appointment, no pressure to purchase 😀. Fast forward a couple of weeks... and what a beautiful place Slaithwaite (slou-wit) is, the shop is literally 3 minutes from town and its great shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by the wonderful lovely Sue, all my nerves disappeared, a private fitting in beautiful setting... so relaxed, even had a good giggle, I felt so relaxed. What an amazing experience and I was so pleased to have made my superb purchase, but didn't feel I needed to buy at all, these guys are amazing ❤️

Today i had an appointment with Sue. From the second we arrived, to the moment we left, she made me feel completely at ease. She was so welcoming and very helpful. Sue took her time to help me try on my chosen wigs and at no point did she make me feel like there was any pressure to make a purchase. Her priority was to make sure i was happy with my choice. Even though i didn't leave with a wig today, i left feeling happy! I will definitely will be purchasing soon. Overall a great experience and the lunch recommendation was 10/10! Thank you Sue!xx

Always a brilliant selection of wigs to choose from and lots of advice available if needed. The customer service is very good at keeping in touch about deliveries and any potential problems. I couldn’t imagine buying my wigs and hats from anywhere else other than Simply Wigs.

I have only recently started my journey, due to hair loss, into wig buying and Simply Wigs have made this daunting experience so much easier. I'm lucky to live nearby, so as well as ordering online, I have had a few shop appointments. I've ordered a few styles, easily returning the ones that didn't suit and now have 2 wigs that I love.
