I contacted Mel about a human hair topper. We had an online consultation where Mel showed me different colours. It was very relaxed and Mel clearly very knowledgeable. I received my topper but unfortunately I felt it was too dark for me so regrettably I had to return. It's very difficult trying to make these decisions online so I would recommend going to see Mel in person if you can. The quality of the hair and cap construction are exceptional. Mel was completely understanding and once I returned the topper a full refund was processed. Even though I had to return, I would highly recommend Mello-Hair for its exceptional hair and customer service. Mel is really knowledgeable at what she does . She put me at complete ease on our online consultation and so easy to chat with Listened with sincere empathy and advised what would work best with me . I’ve had hair loss for years now and been wearing toppers the last 2 . I can honestly say this topper is the best I’ve ever had . Low in density light and comfortable with a very natural hair line . The colour she chose blends with my bio hair perfectly I’d have no hesitation to recommend I had to have a little trimmed by my own hair dresser as it was longer than I wear it but it came with a lovely wave ! Also next day posting and with a few extra hair accessories etc in with my topper which is a lovely thoughtful touch 5 stars to Mel 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 this topper has made me feel so confident Will definitely buy from her again thank you Mel you’re an angel 🙏🥰

What a lovely calm and inspiring experience meeting Mel and exploring the world of hair toppers was.
