Andrea is an absolute gem. She chose and customised the most stunning wig for me — the quality is superb, the craftsmanship is flawless and it looks and feels incredible. She and her team treated me with so much care from the moment I walked in. They’re patient, knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make sure you leave feeling confident and looked after. Truly the best salon experience I’ve ever had :)

I visited Andrea today and I have the first class service Andrea was fantastic and very knowledgeable and straight away put me at ease. I also want to add the lady on reception I can’t remember her name was also so kind and so helpful made me feel so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. I had to visit due to the fact I am loosing my hair due to breast cancer and chemo. Both ladies were so caring and considerate to how I was feeling and could not do enough to help me. First class shop first class staff and first class service. Can’t thank you enough for your help. Please don’t be worried or hesitant Andreas hair room will look after you. Thank you so much for giving me my confidence back.

From walking in Jan on Reception made me feel so comfortable & at ease, & Andrea was so knowledgeable & listened to my concerns & needs, she explained everything, & I left feeling comfortable & confident in the choice I had made, Great experience from start to finish! Thank you ladies so much!

I went to see Andrea in preparation for hair loss due to chemotherapy for breast cancer. From my first contact when Jan answered the phone to this morning when I went to get my lovely wig fitted, I could not have hoped for better. Andrea has sorted me out with her professionalism and great knowledge and the kindness and empathy of Andrea and Jan is so welcome at a time that is awful and frightening in so many ways. If you find yourself facing hair loss for whatever reason, I have no hesitation in recommending this place. You will be met by lovely people who will help you and put a smile on your face.
