I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Callum and the team. Always friendly and professional. Every step of the process and what to expect was explained cleary, and having going through it felt like a breeze with no hassle. Callum is a real artist, and the final results I just couldn't be happier with. I did have high expectations going into it, but even those were exceeded! For anyone considering a hair system, this is definitely the place to go.

I was so nervous to start my hair system journey, but the whole team at Leeds made me feel so at ease. It was so fun seeing the whole process unfold and watching Evie work her magic in making me look and feel years younger! Evie was so patient and made sure I was leaving with the exact head of hair I had in mind. It's truly changed my life, my confidence came back the minute I left the building. Thank you a million times over for helping me feel like me again!

Only had hair system on from 15th April this is the result of last appointment was left with kinks in it so was noticeable on hair system and hair was missing where kink was the kink was so noticeable I've contacted them no apology just sorry to see you go no caring about the customer feelings this was a very big thing for me due to having cancer as a child to be left like this I find it appalling and found myself to get used of hair took a while and now left with no hair again and tomorrow appointment was cancelled with no notice so again no customer service . When I was going for maintenance appointment there was more than me in the room and I think it should be a personal thing and not with other people my last appointment callum was going to and from me and another customer this why kink happened on my last appointment

All I can say is amazing, Callum and his colleagues are so friendly welcoming and informative, Callum talks your through everything from start to finish, my partner is over the moon with his experience and the results are insane!!! Thank you so much xxx
