Having just completed my SMP journey with Richard, after initially reaching out to him over a year ago, its the best decision i've made and wish I'd have done it sooner. I would highly recommend! The service has been first class, every detail is planned out and its explained on every step. Richard takes his time, which is very reassuring with something thats so on display, and his attention to detail is second to none. He's also very approachable and not pushy in the slightest, understanding small details and offering knowledge and advice on the procedure or any questions I had, before during and after.
