Thank you so much @lavizionuk!! I first came in with very bad damaged and dry hair. At first I was abit hesitant as I've not had good experiences with salon. Jess reassured me and managed my hair excently. She really prioritised my well being and gave me really good advise on how to care for my hair. She really made me feel special as she also prioritise 1:1 with her clients. She also made me feel comfortable by engaging with me. I've been with Jess for 2 years now and I doubt I will ever go to another salon to do my hair ever again

I had sew in weave installed by Jessica nearly 4 weeks ago and I’m so impressed- they look so real that nobody noticed that it’s not my hair, they just commented that my hair has grown a lot. Jessica informed me of how to look after my natural hair and extensions and my hair has much more moisture now that I’m following the steps she told me. I’ll be booking in to tighten the extension. 10 out of 10 service, will definitely recommend her to anyone.

I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for what turned out to be a fantastic appointment. She really cares about her clients, will give you recommendations how to protect your hair and maintain it properly.
