Pumice & Willow

So before getting my hair transplant done I knew that I needed to find a clinic which will offer everything the aftercare needs. I came across Pumice and Willow through social media and had to get booked in because it looked amazing, what you see is definitely what you get. Sam was super welcoming, the clinic was clean from top to bottom and i felt nothing but comfortable as soon as I walked in. I would recommend his services to anyone and everyone!!! This is the best PRP and hair loss clinic in liverpool! The clinic itself is immaculate and the staff are incredibly friendly. I also had a Japanese Head Spa here and it was one of the most relaxing things ever. Anastasija does all the head spa treatments. A huge thanks to her for the superb treatment. I had a wonderful experience at this Japanese head spa! The atmosphere was calm and relaxing and the staff were extremely friendly and professional. I visited Sam after suffering with post partum hair loss. His clinic is relaxing and clean and he instantly put me at ease. He is incredibly knowledgeable and professional and I knew I was in safe hands. The procedure does hurt a little but there is no way of getting round that. Sam made sure he was quick and efficient and kept me distracted throughout. After a couple of treatments I am now showing an amazing amount of baby hairs and my hairline is so much thicker!
