Just had reflexology for the first time. Lovely relaxed atmosphere, very calming room, and great information given. I was interested in how it worked and I was given very informative information, I could tell she was well trained and knew what she was talking about. Definitely recommend, can’t wait to go back again, full body massage or facial next time I think 😊

Booked a cut and highlights online, which quotes a price. Times of appointments were changed but it was still suitable. Highlights were done first, and I was asked while rinsing if I normally have a toner, which I’ve never had to have before despite having highlights many times over several years. But it was decided for me that this was required as they’d “come out yellow”. If that’s never happened before then surely it’s an issue with what they’ve done? Regardless of the reasoning, a toner was then put on, with no skin test and no conversation about any previous reactions etc. It was then cut and I don’t know whether it was the plan or if the stylist just got carried away with the thinning scissors, but I’ve been left with tufts that are an inch or two long all over the place. I have thick & curly hair, so at the slightest bit of humidity these start to puff up and curl and it’s just a nightmare to style now. This all became apparent once I’d washed it and came to style it myself, so not like it’s an issue I could have raised at the time. I was happy with the colour results in the end, but have had the same results from just the bleached highlights elsewhere, without the extra £25 charge being whacked on top with no explanation. Will obviously not be returning and could have just left it there, but would rather let other people know so they can make an informed decision on where they go. My hair has got so damaged the past 2 years with constantly having it up in a pony and using the wrong hair"care".id got to the point i was to embarrassed to enter a salon, but I took the plunge today,and was so glad I did ,Ella was lovely ,made me feel comfortable, and made sure I was happy with what she was doing ,came out feeling a lot more confident than when I walked in ,thankyou so much very pleased with the results .
