A really pleasant experience, they were all so friendly and happy they went above and beyond to help today, found my new permanent hairdresser

My mum has suffered with hair loss for many years and finally plucked up the courage to have a mesh integration consultation and was sold a dream. During the fitting my mum felt the half head of mesh integration wouldn’t suffice due to the lack of hair she already had. Her concerns were disregarded by Alison and she was reassured that the half head of mesh was an appropriate option for her. She was left with half a head of hair, unblended and rushed.. which looked perfect in her photos on social media as her natural hair was perfectly placed. When airing her concerns about the fact that her scalp was clearly on show, her reasoning behind leaving my mum like this was due to the fact that she had previously mentioned that she wears a hard hat to work on the odd occasion. My mum later returned not only due to the above but because the stitching was coming away.. she was then charged a further £75.00 for extensions that came away after 3 days. Even her own staff doubted the quality of her work for them to comment it looked “much better” with the extensions she placed. My mum has reached out to Alison explaining that she’s had a second opinion and that they themselves have said the treatment that she has done would never have worked, nor fitted properly and to no surprise she hasn’t even acknowledged her complaint. She charged £600 + for this treatment to let a vulnerable woman leave feeling even more insecure than she did to begin with. Without my mother’s consent she also even had the audacity to upload photos of her “transformation” Alison has had ample opportunity to respond as I myself have even reached out to her. Just want to leave this here as I don’t want any other individual going through what my poor mum has.

Ruined my hair. Went in blonde, came out dark brown. Nothing like what I wanted. Will not be returning and would not recommend.
