Extremely disappointed! I book my grandmother for a hair system consultation and 30mins before her appointment they called and said the person who was supposed to be conducting her appointment had called in sick. My grandmother does live close and spent money on cabs in order to make it to her appointment on time just to be told she has to turn back around. A waste of money and a day with no compensation or offer of a back up solution. Very disappointed a customer lost.

Excellent appointment with Rajshree. All my chosen options were made available, plus additional wigs Rajshree thought I might be interested in. No pressure, no rush, came away 100% satisfied with the service I received.

My daughter sold her hair approximately 1 year ago. She has thick light brown hair with natural blonde highlights. We posted 20 inches of her hair and received a quote for £70. We gladly accepted. Just wish that we could have seen the wig that was made from her hair.

The staff and service is still good but since Graham the business the new owners have dramatically increased prices and this is now reflected in my revised score.

I have been attending just over a year and I absolutely love my hair piece! It has given me great confidence. I love how it is low maintenance and easy to manage. It looks so natural and blends well with my own hair.
