I had a really positive experience with MH2GO. The staff were great — welcoming, professional and genuinely friendly from the moment I arrived. Andrea in particular was fantastic. He took the time to help me decide on the right style, offered honest advice, and made the whole process feel relaxed and straightforward. I felt completely at ease throughout the fitting, which made a big difference. Highly recommended if you’re looking for knowledgeable guidance and a comfortable, pressure-free experience.

I had a great experience with them. I met Fifi, she is really sweet and patient enough to listen to my questions and always answered them promptly. She suggested the right choice for the system and gave me the list of pros and cons before i made my choice. I had the system appointment with Andre. He is a lovely and patient person. He tried so hard to adhere to the style i proposed and tried to make me comfortable as long as I am convinced about the style. I am really happy with the my system and excited to have restored my confidence. I would really recommend this place.

Concerned with money and not my interest at all. Start to finish just interested in they know better and did not consider my thoughts. Very poor quality system and did not pay any attention to my requirements. Felt very much as a quick £630 to this company. Aggressive behaviour by the stylist who wanted to style my hair her way rather than considering me. The search went on and I have finally found a great, considerate and more importantly sincere company. Who has a stylist that is very passionate about their attention to detail.

From the moment i called, the staff were very welcoming. Also, coming in and getting dealt with straight away was fantastic. At the same time, Andreas my stylist has done a pretty good cut and I’m very happy.

This is a fair review. Im going to keep this short as it will go on and on. Make sure you do your homework before even thinking of getting this done, my consultation was very quick and quite frankly he didn't give enough advice which ended up me getting one off the shelf which was basically a wig from a joke shop by the looks of it, there are made to measure ones but cant say if their any better...was definitely not my colour match atall, and when the day came to fit it, we had to choose a different colour which again did not match but they still went ahead with it as I had to as I paid the deposit, my side hair wasn't long enough but that didn't stop them, it looked ridiculous when it was finished and I think they knew it as well. The hair system itself looked cheap, you can feel the rim around the outside and when the fringe was lifted you could see quite clearly it was a wig. Wasn't happy atall and soon as I got home it came off. Never again....Not to mention the maintenance etc,
