When I arrived for my first appointment at Mark Glenn, I was embarrassed and self conscious about my obviously thinning hair. After a mere two hours, I left the salon feeling thrilled by my transformed hair. The staff are cheerful, encouraging and friendly, taking time to listen to clients' needs. They are always ready to give professional advice and support.

The team at Mark Glenn are highly professional and give 100% of their time and expertise every time. As a result of the work they have done on my hair I am able to face the world with confidence. I cannot speak highly enough of the service they provide. I am treated with respect and feel that I am listened to carefully. The service here is amazing, second to none! I’ve been having the system here at Mark Glenn for almost 8/9 years. The salon has changed my life in so many ways personally, emotionally and professionally! My daughter has the Kinsey system for a patch that was shaved for an operation. The consultation was very informative and they all made you feel so at ease and we were very excited to get started. It is a long process but they are all so welcoming and make the experience so special the time flys by! Bailey cut and coloured her hair. He spent a long time making sure he knew what my daughter wanted and did the most amazing colour. He is so so lovely and made us giggle the whole time we were there! Laura and Evie were so knowledgeable with the extensions and system and the colour match is incredible. They are both so kind and spend time getting to know you. On our last visit my daughter had the system removed and re done because she is travelling for a few weeks and can’t get back to the salon for a while. Laura took the extensions out that were anchoring the weave and there was no damage to the hair at all. She is delighted with the system and we are so glad we found this amazing team. Thank you x

I have been going to Mark Glenn for many years for extensions. My hair was always very fine and my confidence was suffering as I got older. To be able to walk out of the salon with a full head of hair, beautifully styled always gives me a thrill I never tire of. The team has changed over the years but are always friendly, respectful and fun to be with. I am often complimented on my hair and if I do tell someone it is not all mine, they are always surprised. The colour match and the extensions themselves are done so cleverly and I can wear it up on holiday, swim and treat it as my own hair.
