My experience has been absolutely fantastic. This is an amazing place and I am so pleased with the work undertaken to find a solution to wearing hair pieces. I have walked away with two outstanding quality hair pieces and I never thought I could be in a position where I would find a solution. The professionalism and expertise of all of the staff is incredible. Having visited other places before Raoul I didn’t know how to move forward with my situation. Caroline has been superb with her knowledge, advice and encouragement. I feel I have found an establishment that cares and I intend to use them ahead for future purchases, alterations and advice. I have just collected my brilliant wig from Raoul. I was very nervous about going there but from the moment I walked in I was made to feel relaxed by both Candy and Caroline. The atmosphere is amazing and I had brilliant Andy helping me to choose my wig and fit it etc. He is both caring and really helpful and smiley. I could not recommend Raoul more highly. They make you feel both happy and confident and it’s just a great experience.
