Where to start?! My fiancé and I had a video consultation with Sophia, where she explained everything and asked questions to gauge what we (I!) wanted and liked. I then met Sophia in her lovely studio in London and to see the gemstones she had carefully secured for us based on the consultation. It was certainly love at first sight!! Sophia again was thorough, thoughtful and professional, explaining in detail, showing me different diamonds to set with the gemstone, sizing, band material, settings and care. The pale yellow sapphire is incredible and surpassed all expectations. Her excellent craftsmanship needs to be seen to be believed. She is excellent in her craft and has created my dream ring - even when I didn’t know what that was or how to articulate that to her. Sophia was in contact with my fiancé for the entire process and managed to surprise me again when the ring was ready and delivered. Sophia is just amazing! The craftsmanship and quality of the ring are outstanding and my fiancée absolutely loves it and it was definitely the star of the show during the proposal! Beyond the gorgeous ring, the customer service was excellent. She was patient, helpful throughout the process, and very accommodating with my needs. Unlike most places where you have a strict deadline for resizing the ring, Sophia told me to come back whenever it was convenient. Which is very helpful! Couldn’t recommend her enough!
