From the moment I walked in, Annie made me feel completely comfortable and confident about my Scalp Micro-Pigmentation treatment. She’s not only highly skilled and precise, but also genuinely cares about achieving the best possible result for you. Her attention to detail is second to none. Every session was professional, relaxed, and perfectly tailored to me. The results are honestly beyond my expectations. My hairline looks completely natural, and it’s given me a huge boost in confidence. I’ve had so many compliments already! If you’re thinking about SMP, I can’t recommend them enough. I would rate this this clinic 0 because of how the consultation was handled. I fully understand the need for honesty and realistic expectations — that’s not the issue. The problem was the consultant’s approach, which felt more attacking than consultative. The tone and comments indirectly suggested my previous hair transplant had “failed,” despite me clearly explaining that my hair loss is genetic and that I’ve tried multiple treatments over the years. There was little sensitivity or balanced discussion. What made it worse was the lack of self-awareness. The consultant spoke in a condescending manner while criticising my hair, despite having very obvious hairline and forehead issues himself. It came across as ego-driven rather than professional. At the same time, he was eager to sell the clinic’s own products while downplaying more established clinics and treatments, which felt biased and sales-focused rather than genuinely helpful. This is a business, but you can’t ask for someone’s money while talking down to them. The issue wasn’t honesty — it was the delivery. Unprofessional experience overall. The moment i walked in i saw their customers toupee and it just look so horrible and not natural at all and i came for a partial smp but if the toupee looks like a rug i wonder what would the smp look like. Just being honest.

All staff are very friendly! My first interaction with John was amazing and from start to finish my experience with Andrea and Sebastian was amazing. Would highly recommend! Everyone always has a smile on their faces! Thank you everyone!

Great to visit the new Trendco premises and Louise was professional and attentive, providing new styles to try. Sadly Only 4/5 styles on display ….. :( it’s a shame more styles are not actually on display as at previous premises. This was always a reason & big part of actually travelling to the store.
