I've had my new hair system for almost a month now and I am so pleased with the result. I've had thinning hair for several years and only wish I'd known about Hair Solved sooner. My hair looks great , very natural and I'm so pleased that they have managed to blend the colour perfectly with my own hair. It feels really comfortable and I don't even know it's there. The team at Hair Solved Manchester have been great from Charlotte who fitted the system to the stylists who have cut it just how I want it and given me lots of tips on how to manage it myself.They are professional and very understanding I feel like a different person much more confident and have had so many compliments. I really can't thank the team at Hair Solved Manchester enough and would 100% recommend them to any woman suffering hair loss. It's been such a positive experience for me.

I had my first enhancer system fitted at the Manchester studio 2 weeks ago. I wanted to wait to review so that I could see exactly how much impact it has had on me after a couple of weeks. Naturally my hair is thin and fine - it always has been since being very young, i was ridiculed at school and have always had to manage my hair with backcombing and masking gaps with hair fibre products and using clip in buns etc. My hair definitely was not my crowning glory. I had reached out for help form hair growth clinics to no avail and also hoped that regular hairdressers could add a few extensions but as my hair is so fine it would be impossible to attach these without being visible. I discovered Hair Solved and after the initial informative consultation and hair match I decided to give it a go. The team at Manchester are fabulous, each and every member of staff is caring and friendly - you feel at ease as soon as you arrive. Something that really surprised me is how busy they are - I thought I'd be the only customer in but it is a hive of activity - it is easy to start a conversation with other customers to hear their own journey which again helps to ease anxiety of the unknown. My stylist, Charlotte was so experienced and talked through the process as it happened. I could see my own hair being used into the system, which again makes it more of a natural process of adding real hair to my own. She listened to me and looked at styles I liked and I left the salon feeling like a whole new person. My husband and (very opinionated) 16 year old daughter loved how I looked and were so happy for me that I had literally solved my hair! I returned a week later for the complimentary wash and blow - Olivia was so lovely and talked through the washing process, I asked for a wispy fringe to be cut in as I just felt it would enhance my look and she did this expertly. I have now washed and dried my hair myself and have found it manageable - this from someone who had so little hair through life that I have no experience of styling hair with any products or tools. It really does feel natural on your head - the initial feeling of tightness soon disappears and you literally have no idea it is there. I can tie my hair up, curl it, straighten it - I'm still playing with all this. My natural hair took ages to mess with on a daily basis just so that I looked presentable, now I can just brush it through, tie it up and go. I have mostly had positive comments I think some people (jealous women?) just don't know what to say but they are just not important enough to me. The people I know I can trust have showered compliments and I would not ever go back to how my hair was and I will always use Hair Solved who have literally changed my life...thank you x

I had my first enhancer fitted yesterday and can say, hand on heart I am actually amazed at how fabulous it is. Rachael is an absolute angel and I would recommend any lady, with any level of hair loss/thinning to visit Hair Solved in Manchester….they will transform how you look and how you feel, very much for the better. I have researched this subject for years and wish I had chosen to go a lot earlier. I love it and anyone who chooses to visit will too….I am certain. Just simply amazing! I wasted 4 months of my life and quite a lot of money deciding whether to go ahead or not- I wouldn’t go out and felt so down. However, I took the plunge and got my life back ! My sons comments were ‘ mum you look just like you again’ and I feel like me again! It’s a fantastic friendly salon with lovely helpful girls from start to finish ! I’ve had wonderful comments on my beautiful hair and life is good again! Go for it! Live your life with beautiful hair ! I know that’s what you’ll get from Hair Solved! New review 27th July 2022 Manchester Salon Just wanted to say how impressed I am with my first realignment after 6 months! - it’s as good as when I first had it done. Dionne at the Manchester salon was absolutely super ! Talked me through the process from start to finish and put me at such ease! The hair growth underneath has been fantastic which shows what a super system this is for people with hair loss who are hoping it will grow back ! Mine has started to and is in super condition! Once again! Thanks to the lovely Dionne, professional from start to finish but super friendly too! This is such a lovely salon with a really nice bunch of people - just thought I’d share yet another wonderful experience in the hope it helps people who are considering this option! It’s just amazing!!!! Susan Update July 2023 Today I have had my hair system removed, a transitional process to getting back to my own hair. It has now been 18 months since this was first fitted and this is the 3rd time I have had it removed for re-alignment. My own hair is thankfully growing back and today I have been able to have my natural hair coloured and instead of the whole system being refitted I have only had to have the parting done! Now this may not sound very impressive but trust me it is !!! I’ve actually got more of my own hair than anything else which considering how it was when I first went to Hair Solved is amazing!!! This really has been a life saver for me!! Hair loss is a devastating experience and unless it happens to you, you can’t imagine how horrid it is. Would I recommend this?? Of course I would!! I feel I’m definitely on the way to just having my own hair (85% there) which is a wonderful feeling!! Thank you to the lovely girls at the Manchester salon - you are a lovely gang!!!

Great experience on my first time at hair solved Manchester. Everyone was friendly and approachable. Carol who did my hair was absolutely amazing and I can't thank her enough for her patients and expertise, I absolutely love it. Thanks x
