I had 0.5 lip filler for the first time here 8 months ago. At the time I was generally happy with the result. As someone new to lip fillers, I didn’t fully know what was normal and what wasn’t, but I did notice a firm, cord-like line on the inside of my lower lip at the site of the numbing injection. It felt similar to a burst blood vessel. I mentioned this to them in June and because I was otherwise happy with the result, I booked for another 0.5 in October and planned to ask about this then. When I raised this again, it was briefly acknowledged but not really explained or addressed. Unfortunately, this hard line has never improved and is still present eight months later. From my own research, it appears this could be scar tissue or fibrosis caused by trauma to the area, which is upsetting as it may not be easily fixable. I had the numbing cream at my second appointment which was much better pain-wise and avoided the risk of the same issue happening again. I was happy with my results, a month later I contacted the clinic with photos asking for advice on the lumps that hadn’t yet settled and was advised to do firm massages. I followed this advice consistently, but now 10 weeks on, the hard lumps are still present. I have two noticeable firm lumps either side of the centre of my top lip (around the cupid’s bow / philtral columns), which form a visible “W” shape when I talk, as well as similar lumps in my bottom lip. The top lip is particularly noticeable. From what I’ve since learned, persistent lumps at this stage can indicate filler that hasn’t integrated properly or underlying fibrosis, and massage alone is often not effective. To be honest I’m quite disappointed, as I travelled a bit further to come here because of the clinic’s good reputation and results. Now I think I’ll have to seek advice/help somewhere else to resolve the lumps by possible dissolving then restarting, and if anything can be done for the hard line inside my lip. I wanted to leave an honest and respectful review so others are aware and can make a fully informed decision. Thanks

First time here and first time for a hydrafacial… I will be back. My skin is glowing and feels amazing already. A nice little bit of self-care in my busy stressful lifestyle too. Now planning what I want to try next and being well informed of what’s best for me and my skin. Well recommended.

I've been going to the NSC for a number of years now for various treatments. I think that says alot, the fact I keep returning. The treatments I have had have always been successful, Luisa and Alex are always helpful in talking through the treatments and procedures and always gentle with applications. I highly recommend!
