When booking for a consulation for micro ring extensions staff were very friendly. I spoke to Rachel and was very at ease and comfortable. The thickness of my hair was checked and colours discussed so the best that suited me could be picked. All of my questions were answered about price and upkeep and everything I needed to know. When I went back to have them put in staff again were very friendly and chatty, a very nice relaxed environment to be in. Seemed genuinely interested in talking to me and not just because it's the job. Was constantly asked throughout how it was feeling, if I liked the colour and was well looked after. Putting them in was quick and painless, no accidental hair pulling or anything like that. Was done very professionally and blends in perfectly to my hair and looks very natural and very good quality hair extensions were used. Definitely worth the money for them. Rachel was very informative about aftercare and the dos and don't to make it last as long as possible and even curled it for me to style it when it was all in and finished. I am a very happy customer and will definitely be going back for more once the ones I have need changing

Her knowledge and skills when it comes to hair is amazing!!! Before I had even sat down in the chair she knew exactly which colour extensions my hair would be best matched to. My main worry about getting hair extensions was causing damage to my natural hair as I have such fine hair, but Rachel put me at ease and explained the different techniques to help guide me to chose which one would best suit my hair type. I have now had my keratin bond extensions in for 4 days and I’m absolutely loving them!!! They are comfortable, super soft and everything I hoped they would be and more. Thank you Rachel! x

I have been going to Rachel for my hair extensions now for nearly 8 years and can honestly say that out of all the extensionists I have been to and I have been to quite a few, Rachel is the best! Really knows her stuff! The quality of hair is amazing, really soft, a lot of hair for your money, even after having the same hair in for a year it's still super soft,. People are always shocked when I tell them I wear extensions because they think it looks really natural! Rachel and her staff are all lovely and very welcoming, great at listening! And look forward to the experience! For anyone not sure where to go, I can 100% recommend Rachel!

I messaged Rachel a short while ago as I was considering a more permanent form of extensions, after wearing clip ins for a year. I used to have waist length hair but due to too much bleaching and over processing, I had lots of breakage around my crown and the lengths had to be cut off to jaw length. Clip ins were becoming tedious and I'm very low maintenance, so constantly having to style and blend them was a chore but without them I hated my hair. A few friends had been to Rachel and she had so many great reviews over social media so I messaged her with some questions one evening. She was very quick to respond and we arranged a consultation one evening as I live near Oxford. Throughout the whole process she has been great, whether that be communication or the actual fitting process which was so quick. I went for the LA Weave and 150g of 20" hair which is amazing quality, so soft and silky and the colour match was amazing! The only downside is that now everyone wants to touch my hair! The aftercare advise was really thorough too. I was expecting them to feel uncomfortable for a while but I was able to sleep absolutely fine on them the first night and have had no issues at all. It was 100% worth the cost and I'm so happy with how my hair now looks, I can do super cute low effort hair styles for work and I now feel confident again which is the best part. I'd definitely recommend Rachel, she's such a lovely person and the time flew by as we were chatting away! I promise you, she is worth the cost/distance travelled/time!

I had my hair extensions in today by Rachel at Halo. I am so pleased with them, they are a perfect colour blend with my hair. I was advised to have tape ins. Rachel was so professional and made me feel really comfortable & at ease through the whole appointment. This was my first time at Halo & I have to say they are so welcoming & really have a positive atmosphere going at this salon. I highly recommend anyone who is thinking of having extensions to go to Halo as you will be met with a professional stylist who really know what there doing & at the same time make you feel welcome & at ease.
