Andy's Hair Hut

I went to Andy’s Hair Hut having no knowledge of hair pieces. The woman on the stall was very unhelpful, I felt rushed into the purchase. I got home but the ponytail was nothing like I explained I was looking for, I immediately sent and email to the owner who basically said tough luck and refused to give me a refund without it being worn or label removed. I now have a hair piece I’m never going to wear. So by all accounts good customer service only stands if you don’t want a refund.

Helped my mrs pick up some extensions for our wedding and and she’s very happy with her purchase. Great range of products and the service was even better, I’d definitely recommend this place!

Firstly Andy was so helpful with booking my weave appointment when I needed my appointment on a specific date and went out of his way to organise this for me which I was so appreciative of! Andy found an exact match to my hair out of endless choices he has to offer. Ebere was so so lovely and very professional. She did an amazing job at fitting my weave and as this was my first time having a weave both her and Andy helped with aftercare and gave me a wealth of knowledge of what to expect! The hair feels such good quality and I really couldn’t ask for better. The hair and service was very well priced and I really don’t think I could have found better elsewhere! I am already so excited to visit again for my maintenance appointments in the future. Finally Andy went out of his way to post an item to me which I had accidentally left in the shop. He did this right away without me even realising I had forgotten the item! What brilliant customer service!! What a fantastic team- you can see why Andy’s hair hut has been open for so long and I will definitely continue to shop here!! Thank you Andy!
