Matthew is amazing at what he does, it has taken me years to get blonde and in one session he was able to lift my hair with no damage and never have I had more compliments on my hair. such a legend, highly recommend 🤍

I’ve been a client of Haus of Hair now for a couple of years now. I’ve had some really bad luck with hairdressers in the past and the girls in this salon are unbelievable. Charlene is the most understanding and knowledgeable hairdresser I’ve been to in my life, you can vaguely describe what you want to Charlene and she will instantly just understand you and exceed your expectations. I would take on a second job if it meant Charlene being famous and becoming ridiculously expensive just so I could stay with the best of the best. Leanne is the most fun and honest hairdresser you’ll ever meet and I always appreciate how I feel during & leaving her, after a service with her. Anyone else who works for Haus of Hair I know the girls have really vetted and made sure they understand the reputation that place has so I trust any person in there to help me. Let me tell you I am a TORTURE and every time they are always more than happy to help & guide me the right way, my hair started off fried and completely messed up, my hair now is the best it’s ever been. I’ve had extensions, full highlights, blonde toned down, constant changes, the full works and my hair is perfect compared to how I started with them because of all the care and advice this salon have taken with me. Thank you girls for the last few years and I cannot wait for the next few 💖

I went to this salon on the 2nd of October and left crying!! I originally booked a head of highlights and was priced £125 around the exact same as the last time I attended which I also had to go back that time as the staff took chunks out of my fringe When leaving the second time around and meaning to pay £125 my card was charged for £230 with my deposit which I contacted the manger about straight away! She told me they added treatments as they please because the hair was apparently compromised which I wasn’t informed nor was my permission asked to add these treatments no one asked if it was ok to do them or anything or if I could afford to add them to my treatment! I was never asked or told they were doing all this extra stuff after 8 HOURS With bleach on my head I had to keep asking when could I get away as I have kids to pick up I was left sitting there my head got burnt and I had to go to the doctors my medical reports are there, since the 2nd of October my scalp is still pealing BADLY iv tried to contact the owner and her reply was take me to small claim court if you want your money back I had to bring up my burnt skin multiple times for her to even acknowledge it and nothing do about it I left the salon with wet frizzy hair because I had no choice but to go after 8 hours it was coming 7 at night The owner was unbelievable rude never asked me if I was ok or if I could come back in to accommodate me don’t make the mistake I did going here I have tried to be nice texting didn’t work I had to contact a solicitor she ignored them as well so there’s no dealing with this company I’m unbelievably upset!!!! My scalp is pealing and chuncks of skin constantly sitting in my hair iv been so self conscious about it I got blocked by the company as well and no further help or refund and she kept my money so I hope this gives people and eye opener I was hoping to get the money I was overcharged back at leasttt but at this point I should of been fully refunded iv photos as well id be happy enough to share. Straight to the point you don’t just start adding treatments and doing your own thing and overcharged as you please without telling your customer so be careful girls you’ll be robbed blind
