I hadn’t been to a hairdresser in a very long time, so I arrived feeling pretty nervous — but the atmosphere here instantly put me at ease. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and the whole place had such a calming vibe. Niamh was my stylist, and she was absolutely amazing. She really listened to what I wanted, talked me through everything, and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. The transformation she created was incredible — my hair went from long, heavy, and wavy to beautifully shaped, soft, and full of movement. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and so grateful. If you’re anxious about getting your hair done or just want a relaxing, supportive salon experience, I can’t recommend Niamh and the team enough!

Following a consultation appointment with Adam where I was made to feel very comfortable, and was listened to! I made an appointment for a restyle. My experience was such a joy! The whole team are so friendly and happy to help. I made an appointment for a friend with medical issues, who before she went, was simply terrified. The result is she's booked in for colour and is excited for her next appointment. I would highly recommend the team at The Hair Factory. Im never disappointed, and the conversations with Adam make the experience even better. If you want an experience, rather than a haircut. I would book as soon as possible. Just brilliant!

Having Niamh work her magic on me has been a total game changer for not only the condition of my hugely damaged hair, but my physical confidence. Her expertise, her passion and her wonderful demeanor make every appointment a total joy and I honestly couldn't be happier with how my hair looks. Extensions are a commitment but they are worth every single penny, the quality of the ones she uses and the skill involved in fitting them is exceptional.
