Ordered a discontinued Nioxin Series 5 Conditioner at a premium price but received a product manufactured in 2017 which expired two times over (3 year shelf life). Wouldn’t refund my return postage costs and took 10 days to refund after product sent back. Time waster. Not good enough!

Have been trying to contact angel hair and beauty for sending me the wrong order. There phone lines are constantly going to voicemail and my emails have not been responded to. Waste of time and money

Fabulous service! Thank you. I ordered a hair dryer which sadly turned out to be too powerful for my hair and I was allowed to return it for a full refund. You have to pay the postage costs so I used the ‘signed for’ service. The refund was back in my account the very next day which is amazing
