Giovanni has been brilliant, packed full of information and recommendations to my Alopecia Areata. He checked my scalp and diagnosed me immediately for Areata kind of Alopecia, went through and confirmed a didn't have scarring Alopecia so my hair follicles have a chance at regrowth. He was kind enough to give me some short checkups too make sure any treatment wasn't irritating my scalp.

I saw Giovanni in August this year due to hair loss. He was able to diagnosis the problem at once and make appropriate suggestions as to what steps to take next.
