At this salon, I was promised that my naturally curly hair would be straightened, and I was charged £120. After washing my hair, not only did it remain curly, but it also became dry and damaged. When I went back to the salon to explain my dissatisfaction, the owner spoke to me in a rude and aggressive manner and refused to take responsibility. I left the salon feeling extremely upset, and later that day, her husband contacted me from his personal number and called me a scammer in an extremely disrespectful way. This whole experience was such a sham. Would not recommend.
