This was a life changing experience at ScalPerfection. I wanted to take a moment to recognize the fantastic work done by Grant! After unsuccessful hair transplants and some undesirable previous SMP on donor area I was trapped in really bad circumstances considering the whole outcome. Poor SMP has been lasered out without any damage to the skin and new hairline has been designed and created in no rush process. From start to finish the service at Scalperfection with Grant was absolutely top-notch. Absolutely made up with the results post SMP. I think it’s the best treatment I’ve ever spent money on. I wish I’d come by Grant and Scalperfection sooner. After my 3 sessions it looks so natural, I can’t see the line between the SMP and my own hair at all. It’s flawless! Grant has blended it in seamlessly (I only grow hair around the sides, nothing on top). I was never overly conscious about balding before but since having the treatment I’m up on another level of confidence. No longer needing such an extensive hat, cap and beenie collection. As for the procedure, no issues at all. Grant made me feel totally comfortable and explained everything. We had a some good chats, coffee and kind of enjoyed the relaxing posture position of the treatment chair. No pain during or after the procedure. Totally superb! If you are looking for SMP and/or laser removal, I highly recommend Grant at Scalperfection. I went to Grant in May 2024 after having a very poor experience with another SMP ‘artist’; the SMP did not blend and simply looked like a block of ink on my head. From our first meeting, Grant was incredible. He took the time to explain exactly how the removal process worked, which really put my mind at ease. It took 4 sessions to fully remove the old SMP. Once the removal was complete, I started my new SMP with him in December. The difference is night and day. Grant’s attention to detail is second to none; he explains every step of what he is doing and why. His technical skill is matched only by his professionalism and care for his clients.
