Aderans Trendco Nottingham

I went for a consultation yesterday at Aderans regarding my hair loss and although they weren’t able to give specific advice until I see a Trichologist, they were still incredibly helpful and kind. They recommended a Trichologist for me and made me feel so welcome from start to finish. From my initial enquiry they were lovely to deal with and managed to fit me in within just a couple of days. During my visit they made both me and my mum feel completely at ease – even offering my mum a coffee, which was such a thoughtful touch. The lovely ladies at Aderans were genuinely caring, took the time to listen, and made me feel heard and supported. A really warm, friendly experience and I’m so grateful for their kindness. Steph told me to keep in touch a number of times and let her know how I get on which meant so much as i knew it was from a place of genuine care for her customers. Cannot recommend enough!! From the moment I stepped into Aderans in Nottingham, I was treated with warmth, kindness and respect. Steph and Maureen were so friendly and welcoming and made me feel at ease straight away. Maureen took real time and care to ensure my wig was styled the way I wanted it and continually checked in with me throughout the appointment. She was very knowledgeable and experienced and I trusted her from the moment I sat in the chair. After experiencing the trauma of hair loss and having to get a wig, having my hair done in the salon made me feel more like me again. Highly recommend this salon and these wonderful ladies. Can not recommend highly enough. Amber & Steph are brilliant, both so kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable. Made my wig buying experience so reassuring during what was a difficult time for me while going through chemotherapy hair loss. They were with me from the start and throughout my journey. Visited last week after recently being diagnosed with aggressive alopecia . Amber was so welcoming and supportive .. calm and easy to talk to . I chose a wig but went back the following week to have it cut and restyled more to my liking . I left feeling so much more confident and reassured . Thank you Amber 🩵

Absolutely brilliant, great choice of wigs and the advice given was second to none. Made to feel comfortable and at ease, I bought the first one I tried on so they really understood what I was looking for.
