Very pleased with my experience, Kevin has been very professional from the start and always been at hand before and after my procedure to answer any of my questions. As for my surgery, the procedure went very well and I was put at ease through out the day from dr Kalra and his team who made my experience as pleasant as it could have been. Will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to have a hair transplant

I went upstairs at 10am and was down before 4pm! Everybody I encountered along the way was incredibly friendly and keen to put me at ease. In the run-up, Kevin was very helpful and patient in answering my questions (I took a couple of months to think about the decision) - there were some scheduling issues but Kevin always made himself available to talk, which was reassuring. On the day, Dr. Kalra took the time to talk through the procedure and discuss the hairline-shape I was after. It really put me at ease and I felt ready for the day. The procedure isn’t for the faint hearted but Dr. Kalra’s team would always check in to make sure I was comfortable. The anaesthetic lasted the best part of the day and the worst part is over pretty quickly. The team have performed the procedure a lot and you could tell. It was performed with confidence, which made me feel safe. The instructions/equipment I was given for aftercare were straightforward and my healing process went well. I’m now almost 5 months in with one set of PRP injections and can see a lot of growth.

After 50years without eyebrows I decided I wanted them back! I had contacted another company prior to speaking with Kevin. However, after just one telephone conversation and a very helpful email providing all the pre and post op information required I opted for Kevin and the Edinburgh clinic. And so glad I made the right choice! On arrival the receptionist put me at ease and Dr. Kalra greeted me personally. What an outstanding professional! Kind, caring and nothing was too much trouble. Every step of the process was explained and Dr. Kalra only commenced once I was totally happy with the proposed eyebrow shape. Alex, the nurse/ technician was kind, patient and explained what she was doing as the process continued whilst also listening to me! Dr. Kalra provided all the post op information required and made sure I understood everything before I left. He even made sure I made it safely back to my hotel! I cannot fault anything from my initial booking to having the procedure. 2 days post op and I can see little hairs where eventually the brows will be. If you want your brows filling or back then I highly recommend Kevin and Dr. Kalra!
