My appointment at Cotswold Trichology was extremely helpful in my hair loss journey. Sally-Ann was able to explain what was causing mine and was honest regarding treatment she was able to provide. She did very kindly write a letter to my doctor advising of my visit and her suggestions as to medical treatment which might keep the condition under control. Sally-Ann was very knowledgeable, honest and gave lots of advice and made me feel very comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her if you have any hair loss issues.

I have seen Sally-Ann twice now as I have been losing my hair. I had previously seen a dermatologist and GP, both of whom were very unsympathetic. Sally-Ann diagnosed the problem and most importantly gave me hope. She also recommended supplements to help boost my immune system. I am so grateful for Sally-Ann's help and empathy.

She offered practical suggestions and communicated with my GP for which I am grateful. I didn't feel rushed or fobbed off. I went with a full set of blood results which was helpful to her.
