UPDATE - justice prevailed 🫶🏻🙌🏻 the specialist team got involved and favoured my appeal, so I did not have to pay or send the wig back! Thank you Lilly for proving I’m correct! You said they would never favour my appeal, well turns out they did! Lillys hair is a scam! Do not be taken in by the positive reviews, apparently she’s guilty for asking friends and family to post positive reviews not actual real customers, only taken notice of negative ones! Avoid like the plague, I’ve had to get citizens advice and trading standards involved, now waiting on their specialists team! I’ve heard from other reviews that their positive reviews are not genuine and by family members or people who work there. Please see my pictures, I ordered Carrie and received no way near what I ordered, I politely asked if I could return it as I received not what I described, I didn’t cut the lace, didn’t even try it on, and she’s point blank refused and offered store credit (there isn’t anything else I want from the shop) or I can send back to pay for recolouring. Utter disgrace! Should have been correct in the first place! They’re scam artists. I ordered this as my hair is finally growing back from chemo, didnt expect this palava and drama. She says it’s the same colour, no one in their right mind will admit what you see is the same colour! Horrendous, lazy and obnoxious customer service! Now she won’t reply to my emails, avoid avoid avoid!!!

Had a really lovely experience trying on all the wigs. It was a very professional service and the wigs were a beautiful quality. Lots of time was spent to get the exact wig for me. Would recommend this place ❤️ Thankyou for a great experience. I felt really beautiful trying them on 🥰🌸

I went to Lillys hair before starting chemotherapy. I was first introduced to Moni, who was so welcoming and helpful. She guided me through the process of finding the perfect wig for me. I picked my perfect wig, however wanted it customised to me, and Lillys hair accommodated down to every last detail. After my wig was ready, I had it fitted perfectly and styled exactly how I wanted it.The team, specifically Moni, were so knowledgeable and welcoming. They guided me through the process and the final product was better than I could have imagined! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a wig!
