I went to see Ali as a really nervous client, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, she was so patient, kind, and genuinely passionate about her work. I felt quite embarrassed about my scalp and hair, but she immediately put me at ease and made me feel completely comfortable and understood. We did the eczema scalp ritual, and I can’t believe the difference, my scalp has never felt so clean, refreshed, and healthy. The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and felt like such a treat rather than an appointment. On top of that, she gave me the best haircut I’ve had in a very long time! I walked out feeling so much more confident. I would highly recommend Ali to anyone with scalp concerns or anyone wanting an amazing haircut. I genuinely can’t wait to go back!

I went to Ali for the psoriasis scalp ritual, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my hair and scalp. During the appointment, we actually discovered that I have a mixture of psoriasis and eczema. Ali explained everything in such great detail and handled it all with so much care and sensitivity. I’ve struggled with this since I was 12, and nothing has ever really helped, until now. She was incredibly gentle and understanding, and I finally felt like someone truly listened and knew exactly what they were doing. The whole experience was relaxing, comforting, and honestly quite emotional in the best way. I left with three specialised products that have already made such a huge difference. I’m going back in a few weeks for a check-up (and I’m sure a good laugh too!). Ali puts so much thought, care, and passion into what she does you can genuinely see how much it means to her. On top of that, the haircut she gave me was amazing. I can’t wait for my scalp to get the wow look how much that’s cleared up She is truly incredible at what she does, I couldn’t recommend her more highly if I tried. I’ve added a photo of my hair line the day I went to see Ali and two weeks after using the treatments she gave me.

Warm and welcoming environment. Products were incredible. My scalp felt clean and was visibly clearer after my treatment. Ali was really knowledgeable and made sure I knew how to look after my scalp at home. I bought shampoo to use at home and this has kept my scalp clear.
