Wow what a lady, I booked my mum in for a consultation to have a look at wigs before her treatment kicked in and my mum lost her hair completely. It was a very relaxed helpful environment which left my mum confident and happy. The wig is a perfect match to my mum's natural colour and it was styled to suit her. I can't rate this business enough you will not be disappointed.

Today I had an appointment in this lovely salon for a hair topper to be styled and fitted. For years now my hair has been thinning due to a scalp condition I have called lichen planopilaris. I 💯 recommend this salon the staff are amazing.I had Joe styling and fitting my topper he is so lovely to speak to and will put you at ease. Thank you so much again X

Joe at Inspirations, Pencoed, was recommended to me when I discovered my health issue would lead to losing my hair. It was my worst nightmare, but Joe was fantastic. He is knowledgeable, kind, caring and also fun and what I thought would be a miserable experience turned out to be much more pleasant than expected. I cannot speak highly enough of Joe and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Inspirations to anyone.

While needing a wig following cancer treatment, Joe was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He provided me with lots of options and encouraged me not to settle for one that I didn't love. Joe updated me regularly with progress of my wig delivery and prioritised a last minute appointment, knowing my urgency for the wig. I would recommend Joe and his team without hesitation. (I'm posting this on behalf of my Mother who is not tech savvy but still wanted to sing your praises!) The prospect of losing your hair can be devastating. The thought of wearing a wig wasn’t something I relished and was quite apprehensive whilst travelling to Inspirations. The moment I met Joe, I instantly felt relaxed and assured by his warmth, friendliness and professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Within 30 minutes we had chosen a style that we both liked. On my second visit Joe quickly fitted my wig before my husband arrived. If it wasn’t that I was here for a fitting, he wouldn’t have known I was wearing the wig. The match is perfect. While it’s not known if I will experience hair loss, my visit to Inspirations and subsequent purchase has made me very confident in the knowledge that the wig fits and looks natural and would be happy to wear should it be required.
