The staff was really helpful and found me the Andis cool care plus spray, I was happy with the service because I was struggling to find it and they approached if I needed any help.

Searched for the producted i wanted on their website and it was instore ,drove fromwisbech to Peterbrough to their shop askef the lady on the till wsre i could find the product and told me to check down the middle row ,which i did could not find it went and askrd another lady to help me which she did sje could not find it and asked another collegue and them back to the same lady at the till i asked the first time and told me it was out of stock . I mentioned what the website said and the both said they had nothing to do with the website they had different shops so it might be in london i then asked then to keep an eye on their website to avoid someone driving a long distance for nothing but they were very quick to dismiss me and were not intrested in what i had to say . My experince was very bad and would not enter that shop again good customer services and just being humble goes a long way

Shop is amazing, every product you can imagine. Shame the staff are awful. Hover over you the entire time you’re shopping. If you try to look around or browse they follow and fire questions at you as if you’re stealing. You don’t feel comfortable shopping at all. Try the shop on park road- owner is lovely there.
