Absolutely ridiculous service. Booked in for a perm, this is the outcome. Brought the correct shampoo and conditioner from the salon, so no excuses. My hair is falling out and breaking off. It’s ridiculously frizzy and so uneven. This is not a perm, it has ruined my hair.
